Eden Nature Reserve
The well-known Eden Nature Reserve has added another 92 hectares to the existing Estate and will own almost 600 hectares of magnificent pristine land. The good news is that another 8 stands of one hectare each, have also been added bringing the total number of stands in this exclusive estate to 31. The new stands either have magnificent views or have stream frontage with the rare characteristic in residential estates that they are completely private.

The service infrastructure is nearing completion with paved roads to each stand, Eskom electricity, a back-up generator and water laid on. There is an alternative entrance gate that is easily accessible to the new stands.

To those that don’t know Eden Nature Reserve it was founded approximately 18 years ago and has been home to a limited number of very fortunate families. The Reserve is stocked with abundant mame including Sable Antelope, Giraffe, Eland, Kudu, Waterbuck, Zebra, Wildebeest and Impala. It is completely security fenced and patrolled continuously. Eden is approximately 20 kilometres from Nelspruit on the R37 to Lydenburg.
